I’m not a driver but I understand how this is affecting him. Yes, there are careless drivers BUT there are many pedestrians who behave as though they have number plates on their foreheads. They use the roadways haphazardly.They would see vehicles approaching from both sides and walk across the road. 95% of the time they do not use the Pedestrian Crossings which are just about a few feet away.
