Guns found in barrel at Shipping Corporation wharf

Two pistols with matching rounds were today (July, 11) discovered in a barrel at the Guyana National Shipping Corporation (GNSC) wharf, Georgetown. According to reports, the illegal weapons were shipped to Guyana in a barrel with a motorbike engine to a female in West Ruimveldt, Georgetown. Police investigations are ongoing into the incident.
